It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Farnborough Spencer Academy. We are delighted that you have chosen our school for the next step in your child’s education. All the information on this page will you and your child with the transition process from Primary to Secondary school.
Mrs Malloney (Assistant Principal) is working hard with key pastoral staff to deliver a carefully planned transition programme that will support all students to successfully begin life at Farnborough. Over the next few months our staff will be working closely with primary schools, parents and of course, our new students, to learn as much as we can about each child.
I am sure you and your child will have questions about the school. We currently ask that you take note of these, as we aim to answer all questions shared on the website and in communication with parents and carers in the coming weeks and months.

Transition team continue to visit primary schools to meet year 6 students and staff. |

Tuesday 7th May & Wed 8th May (All day) Transition days – students spend 2 days getting to experience life and lessons at Farnborough Spencer Academy Tuesday 7th July: Year 6 Farnborough Families’ information evening 5pm – 6.30pm Families and year 6 students are invited into the Academy for our induction evening to meet key staff and find out all information about beginning your journey at Farnborough in September 2026.
